Privacy notice

What we collect

Your name, work email, job role, and (where relevant) your grade or band. If you submit a message for the display board, its content, the time you submitted it, and any edits or approval decisions made to it are also recorded.

Why

To attribute messages shown on the department's communications board to the person who submitted them, and to maintain an audit trail of who created, edited, approved, or removed each message.

Retention

While this system uses interim, locally-managed accounts, data is held for the lifetime of the application server and is not persisted to permanent storage. Once migrated to NHS single sign-on, retention will follow the trust's standard records management policy.
